Learn The Different Modalities Of Breathwork
There are three paths to become a BreathMasters facilitator. After completing the first two, you can then move on to Level Three. This retreat is a required part of the program, as it substantiates your certification as a breathwork facilitator. Once you’ve completed the retreat, you’ll be able to teach breathwork in groups. You’ll also be able to facilitate Fundamental Breathwork Workshops and group classes.
During the second part of the training, participants will learn the different modalities of breathwork. They’ll practice breathwork facilitation, learn to use verbal cues to guide participants, and apply touch-based techniques. They’ll also learn how to address common breathing patterns, as well as the more transcendent aspects of experience. The last module is on facilitating breathwork sessions for different levels.
