Ad Policy

Classified ads are available to individuals selling personal items and to non-profit organizations that do not charge for the events or services listed. Ads are 15 words (additional words - $0.25 each) (first three words in bold). Ads will be printed in the Birthing Publication quarterly and will be available online.

Ad Run
Unless specific arrangements are made, all ads will be run continuously
until a stop ad request is placed.
Stop ad deadlines
Winter - December 1, Spring - March 1, Summer - June 1, Fall - Sept 1
Stop ad requests can be sent by mail, e-mail or phone but will not be considered
valid until you have received verification from us.
Billing
You will be billed quarterly for your ad submission price. Bills will be mailed out at the beginning of the month before they are due. Overdue ads will not be run in the next issue.

Submission
Preferred format - pagemaker file with graphics attached separately
Alternate format - photoshop, word, publisher, or paint file with graphics attached separately and a list of fonts used.
Graphic format - 600 dpi or greater .tif (preferred), .gif, .jpg, or .psd
Full Service Option - one time fee of $50
Mail hardcopy of ad and I will convert it to digital format for you.
